A black box appears where a video should appear when I project from my computer. What should I do?

• Some Windows applications and video cards do not support video output on two displays at the same time.
  If you're using a laptop, try turning off the video signal to the monitor and display the video only through the projector. See your laptop manual for instructions on how to disable the laptop's screen.
